Sangeet Agarwal, PMP, CSM, CSPO has a diverse range of work experience spanning over several companies and industries. Sangeet started their career as a Senior Consultant at Riverside Publishing, where they wrote applications in VB.Net for both internal staff and external clients. Sangeet then worked as a Senior Consultant at Geneca, where they served as the lead developer for re-platforming a website written in classic ASP for Uline.

After that, Sangeet joined Railroad Retirement Board as a Senior Consultant, where they provided bug fixes and enhancements to an existing system using VB.Net and SQLServer. Sangeet then worked at Marshall & Swift/Boeckh, where they added new features and made changes to existing code for multiple applications using C# and SQLServer.

Following their time at Marshall & Swift/Boeckh, Sangeet joined HARCO National Insurance Company as a Senior Consultant. There, they worked on both internal and customer-centric applications, handling bug fixes, production support, and implementing new features. The existing architecture was based on CSLA.Net.

Sangeet then worked at Aurora Solutions, Inc. as a Software Professional, where they worked with the Microsoft stack and various business domains such as education, logistics, banking, retail, and human capital. Earlier in their career at Aurora Solutions, they worked in-house for clients and developed a flagship web application using Java/Java Servlets.

Sangeet also worked as a Senior Consultant at DC Government, where they consulted on Tax Unemployment Insurance applications. Sangeet'sresponsibilities included bug fixes, production support, implementing new features, participating in JAD sessions, and meeting with business users to understand requirements. The platform used was C# with SQLServer 2005/2008 at the backend. Sangeet managed the synchronization of the mainframe system with the web-based system using SQL Server Integration Services.

After DC Government, Sangeet founded Ideasyncline Inc. and served as its President. As part of Ideasyncline Inc., they provided consulting services to the Delaware Department of Education, specifically working on the Education Insight system created under the Race to the Top initiative.

Most recently, Sangeet worked at NCQA as a Senior Application Developer and was later promoted to Principal Software Developer. Sangeet played a key role in writing NCQA's redesigned Report Cards website from the ground up, which featured 2021 Health plan ratings. This application was written in React, with the API for favoriting written in another language.
