Emmanuel Larbi Offei

Emmanuel Larbi Offei is an Assistant Lecturer at the University of Essex since June 2022. As a Senior Exams Invigilator, Emmanuel Larbi also serves as an Outreach Academic Skills Tutor, responsible for organising taster sessions to inform students about studying Economics at university. With vast experience in research and project management, Emmanuel is currently a Senior Manager at the National Communications Authority. Additionally, Emmanuel Larbi is a member of the National Data Roadmap Advisory Committee for SDG indicators in Ghana and serves as a Subject Matter Expert at the International Telecommunication Union. Emmanuel is dedicated to creating opportunities and removing obstacles to increase the number of black students pursuing postgraduate research education.
