Monther Altobaigy is currently involved in the Leadership Development Program: 10X Saudi Leaders at Misk Leadership since May 2024. With extensive experience at the National Company for Mechanical Systems (NCMS) since January 2017, Monther has held multiple roles including Quality and Excellence, where leadership in developing a Quality Management System aligned with AS9100:2016 took place, and Operational Excellence, focusing on Lean Six Sigma implementation to enhance performance and eliminate inefficiencies. Additional responsibilities included Planning & Scheduling, where Monther improved resource allocation and productivity reporting. Prior experiences include consulting for Rakeen Consulting & Capacity Building in late 2016, serving as President of the Cultural Club at King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals, and working as a Process Engineer at Procter & Gamble. Monther holds a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering from King AbdulAziz University, expected in June 2024, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals, completed in 2016.
