Yash Jain

Yash Jain is a Founder of Sauda Dekho and a Practising Advocate at the Supreme Court of India, National Company Law Tribunal, and High Court of Delhi. With a background in Taxation, Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law, Yash has also interned at various prestigious firms such as Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co, Khaitan & Co, Lakshmikumaran and Sridharan, EY, Dhruva Advisors LLP, and Ficci Cascade. Yash is currently pursuing a Credit Based Course in Law at National Law University, Delhi, and has completed a Company Secretary Course. With a strong focus on Indirect Tax Practice, Yash brings a wealth of experience and expertise to legal matters.
