Ffion Rodes

Ffion (Martin) Rodes currently serves as the Engineering Capability Lead for Sustainability and Process Development, as well as Principal Research Engineer at the National Composites Centre since September 2017. Prior experience includes serving as an EngD candidate in Composites Manufacturing at The University of Nottingham from July 2013 to July 2017, and as Lead Engineer at Vestas from December 2008 to June 2013. Ffion held the title of Stress Engineer at both GE Infrastructure - Aviation and Smiths between 2005 and 2008. Ffion obtained a Master of Engineering degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Southampton between 2000 and 2004 and pursued additional education at the Ecole Supérieure des Techniques Aéronautiques et de Construction Automobile and the University of Delaware.
