Ian Kindel is an experienced technical support specialist with a career spanning over two decades in IT and user administration. Since August 2019, Ian has been with the National Conference of Bar Examiners, focusing on providing technical support. Previously, Ian worked at Hewlett-Packard as an ITO Level 4 Service Delivery Technician, where responsibilities included hardware and software troubleshooting, printer support, and user administration as a subject matter expert. Ian's earlier experience includes roles at Brown Shoe Company, managing user accounts and providing help desk support, as well as serving as a Support Engineer at Sitel, delivering first-level support for an ISP and financial products. Ian holds a Bachelor's degree in History from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
