Victor Vialpando-Nuñez

Victor Vialpando-Nuñez has a strong background in leadership and management roles. Victor is currently serving as the Chief Operations Officer at the National Conference of State Legislatures, where they provide strategic guidance and oversees various departments. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Academic Programs and Curriculum at the Colorado Community College System, where they provided leadership in academic affairs. Victor also has experience as the Dean of Academic Affairs at the Community College of Aurora, where they provided executive leadership and managed multiple departments. Victor has worked in various roles at organizations such as the Colorado Mathematics Engineering Science Achievement Inc, Habitat for Humanity of Colorado, and the University of Colorado at Denver.

Victor Vialpando-Nuñez has a strong educational background spanning over two decades. Victor'seducation journey began in 1998 at the University of Colorado Denver, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S) degree in Civil Engineering. This foundational education equipped him with knowledge and skills in the field of Civil Engineering.

After completing their undergraduate studies in 2005, Victor Vialpando-Nuñez furthered their education by enrolling at the University of Colorado Denver once again, this time pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree. This program, completed between 2005 and 2007, provided him with a comprehensive understanding of business administration principles and practices.

Demonstrating a commitment to furthering their expertise, Victor Vialpando-Nuñez then pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Higher Education at the University of Northern Colorado. This extensive program, which they pursued from 2014 to 2021, allowed him to delve deep into the field of Higher Education. Through their doctoral studies, they gained advanced knowledge and research skills in this specialized area of academia.
