Kathryn Shade

Kathryn Shade has a diverse work experience, starting in 2008 as a Finance & Admin Manager for the Coalition of Neighborhood Councils. Kathryn then joined the Alliance for African Assistance in 2014 as a Case Manager. In 2017, they transitioned to the National Conflict Resolution Center where they held the role of Senior Program Manager until 2021, when they were promoted to Director of Human Resources.

Kathryn Shade's education history shows that they attended UC San Diego from 1987 to 1990, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Sociology.
