Tsava T.

Tsava T. has extensive experience in conflict resolution and workforce development. Currently serving as a Conflict Coach at the National Conflict Resolution Center since July 2017, Tsava T. provides coaching on managing challenging interpersonal situations and encourages individuals to identify the root causes of conflicts to foster positive outcomes. Additionally, as a Training Specialist and Program Specialist at the African Coalition Workforce since December 2015, Tsava T. conducts workshops for high school students, young adults, and parents, focusing on resources and employment services for African refugees, immigrants, and low-income families. Tsava T. also offers freelance translation services from English to Swahili and Lingala at ResCare Workforce Services since November 2015. Academic credentials include participation in the Cardiovascular Technician Program at Grossmont College and studies at Lake Tahoe Community College.
