Toby Stock

Toby Stock is the Chief Strategy Officer at the National Constitution Center, where Toby works to attract support from philanthropists and foundations. Prior to this role, Toby co-founded The Dispatch and held various positions at the American Enterprise Institute. Toby also has experience in admissions and consulting. Toby holds a JD from Harvard Law School and a BS in Business Administration-Finance from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
