Ariel C. Nelson is a Staff Attorney at the National Consumer Law Center, with previous experience at various prestigious institutions such as Georgetown University Law Center, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and Harvard International Human Rights Clinic. Ariel holds a J.D. from Harvard Law School and a B.A. in Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of California, Berkeley.

Since 1969, the nonprofit National Consumer Law Center® (NCLC®) has used its expertise in consumer law and energy policy to work for consumer justice and economic security for low-income and other disadvantaged people, including older adults, in the United States.
