Michael Pepin

VP of Rachael’s Food Corporation at National Convenience Distributors

Michael Pepin is the Vice President of Operations for Rachael’s Food LLC, a subsidiary of National Convenience Distributors. Rachael’s Food Corporation is a USDA commissary located in Chicopee, MA. The commissary provides a wide variety of Grab n Go products to Convenience Stores, Supermarkets and Academic Institutions. Michael is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations at Rachael’s Food Corp, including working directly with production managers, outside sales, and product development.

Prior to his role at National Convenience Distributors, Michael joined J. Polep Distribution Services in 2002 and worked in operations and security.

Michael is certified in Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP) and Safe Quality Foods (SQF). Mike earned his bachelor’s degree from Western New England University and his master’s degree from American International College.
