Msf Melby Acosta

Melby Acosta, MSF, is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in capital markets and risk analysis. Currently serving as the AVP of Capital Markets at National Cooperative Bank since August 2017, Melby manages and underwrites CMBS loans, overseeing the preparation of accounting data tapes for transactions and coordinating with external partners and investors. Prior experience includes a role as Portfolio Risk Analyst at Iberia Bank, where responsibilities encompassed leading modeling and reporting for a $1.6 billion loan portfolio to manage credit and financial risk. Melby's career also includes service in the US Navy and a position at Hyatt Regency. Melby holds a Master's of Science in Finance from Florida International University and a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from the University of Miami.
