Muhammad Usman Ismail is an experienced finance professional currently serving as AVP - Treasury & Capital Markets at Mashreq since October 2022. Prior to this role, Muhammad worked at Silkbank Limited as an Interbank Dealer in Treasury from February 2021 to October 2022 and at KPMG as a Finance Professional in Financial Advisory Services from November 2019 to January 2021. Muhammad's early career includes positions at the Central Depository Company of Pakistan Limited, starting as a Jr. Officer and advancing to Officer from March 2015 to October 2019. Muhammad holds multiple qualifications, including being a CFA Level 2 Candidate from the Chartered Financial Institute (USA), an ACMA Finalist from the Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Pakistan, and a Financial Modeling and Valuation Analyst (FMVA) from the Corporate Finance Institute®. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Karachi and a Matriculation in Computer Science from St Paul's English High School.
