Paula Gilbertson

Paula Gilbertson has extensive experience in the cooperative grocery sector, currently serving as Co-op Resource Manager at National Co+op Grocers since January 2009. Prior to this role, Paula held multiple positions at Linden Hills Co-op from December 1994 to April 2008, including General Manager and Operations Manager. Earlier experience includes Customer Service Manager at Blooming Prairie Natural Foods from June 1992 to December 1994 and Store Manager at Boston/Cambridge food co-op from 1989 to 1992. Paula earned a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from Cambridge College between 1990 and 1992.
