Sarah Surgenor

Sarah Surgenor currently serves as Vice President of Marketing Communications & Events at the National Council for Mental Wellbeing, a position held since February 2020. Previously, Sarah was the Director of Communications at the Georgetown Lombardi Comprehensive Cancer Center from January 2019 to February 2020. Additional experience includes roles as a Marketing & Communications Consultant at Just Add Firewater and Head of Communications & Fundraising at St. Patrick's Mental Health Services. Earlier career highlights include working as a Programme Developer & Segment Producer for Green Inc. Film & Television Ltd. and in Television Presentation and Continuity at RTE Television. Sarah holds an MA in Political Communications & Public Policy from Dublin City University, a Diploma in Internal Communications from The Public Relations Institute of Ireland, a BA in Media from Ulster University, and a Diploma in Broadcast Journalism from Ballyfermot College of Further Education.
