Fleming Biju is currently serving as a Junior Project Fellow in the Planning and Monitoring Department at the National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT) since July 2023, contributing to a project focused on the development of guidelines for the integration of Education for Sustainable Development and Global Citizenship Education in schools. Previously, Fleming held the position of English Lecturer at YS Group of Institutes from July 2022 to April 2023, where responsibilities included lesson planning, curriculum development, and leadership of the Literary Arts Club and Campus Newspaper. Additionally, Fleming worked as an English Tutor at Academia Tuition Centre from October 2018 to February 2020, providing specialized tutoring in English language and literature for students from classes 7 to 12. Fleming holds a Master of Arts in English from Delhi University (2020-2022) and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from the University of Kerala (2017-2020).
