Jessica Hansen started their work experience in 2000 as a Receptionist at Interior Systems Inc. In 2001, they became a Government Relations Specialist at Mitsubishi Motors. In 2004, they joined The Soft Edge, Inc. as a Customer Service Manager until 2007. From 2007 onwards, they have been working as an Associate Director of Customer Experience at NCSBN.
Jessica Hansen attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 1994 to 1999, where they earned their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree. Jessica'sfield of study was International Relations with a focus on Africa, along with Anthropology.
