Kenzo Shibata

Kenzo Shibata is an experienced educator and media professional with a diverse background in teaching and digital communication. Since September 2018, Kenzo has been a teacher at Chicago Public Schools, and has been actively blogging for The Huffington Post since December 2011. Kenzo serves as a peer reviewer for the National Council of Teachers of English, providing insights on articles for the English Journal. Prior roles include Media Director for the Illinois Federation of Teachers, New Media Coordinator for the Chicago Teachers Union, and Chicago Now Blogger with the Chicago Tribune Media Group.
