Marc Clark brings extensive experience in program management and technical assistance, currently serving as the Manager of the Technical Assistant and Research Center at the National Council of Urban Indian Health since October 2018. Previously, Marc held the position of Program Manager at the HHS/ACF/ACYF Family Youth Services Bureau starting in December 2010 and worked as a Special Assistant at District of Columbia Public Schools from 1993 to 1998. Academic qualifications include a PMP certification in Project Management from Project Management Institute, and multiple degrees from American University, including a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) and a Research Doctorate in Education, as well as a Master's degree in Physical Education from Howard University.
