Jean-Andre Constant

Jean-Andre Constant has worked as a Therapeutic Foster Care Program Director at National Counseling Group. Prior to that, they were a Social worker III at Fairfax County DFS from 2009 to 2012. Jean-Andre also worked as a Program Manager at IFESH/ PAct Congo from 2007 to 2008.
