Sameer Dungdung

Sameer Dungdung has extensive experience in human resource development, currently serving as a Manager at the National Dairy Development Board since June 2014. Responsibilities include coordinating recruitment in critical areas, overseeing training and induction programs, implementing employee engagement initiatives, managing performance processes, and handling policy administration. Sameer also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from Xavier Institute of Social Service and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing Management from St. Xavier's College, Kolkata. Prior to this role, Sameer completed a summer internship at Larsen & Toubro Ltd., focusing on grievance handling and collective bargaining.
