Aneel Salman

Aneel Salman currently serves as the OGDCL-IPRI Chair in Economic Security at the Islamabad Policy Research Institute, focusing on themes such as Circular Economy, Green Entrepreneurship, and the Economic Viability of Renewable Energy Alternatives in Pakistan. Additionally, Aneel holds the position of Chair for the KSBL-IPRI initiative, working on the National Artificial Intelligence Policy for the Ministry of Information Technology and Telecommunication. As a Professor at various institutions including KSBL and Quaid-i-Azam University, and a visiting Professor at Tsinghua University and Institut Supérieur d’Economie et de Management Université de Nice, Aneel has extensive academic involvement. With over a decade of experience in education and course direction at institutions such as the Pakistan Foreign Service Academy and National Defence University, Aneel also possesses a solid educational background, holding a PhD and a Master’s degree in Economics from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
