Jessica Spencer

Jessica Spencer is an experienced professional in geospatial analytics and political mapping, currently serving as the Deputy Director of Geospatial Analytics at the National Democratic Redistricting Committee since December 2019. Previously, Jessica held roles as a Senior Political Mapping Analyst and Political Mapping Analyst, contributing to the creation and analysis of political data and redistricting maps. Prior experience includes working as a GIS Analyst at Geospatial Consulting Group International, LLC, where Jessica supported U.S. projects. Additionally, internships at the Stafford GIS Department and Chesterfield County provided early exposure to GIS tools and public mapping services. Jessica holds a Bachelor's degree in Geography and GIS from the University of Mary Washington.
