Elaine F. Almquist

Elaine F. Almquist is a seasoned political strategist and advocate for increased representation of pro-choice progressive women and underrepresented communities in public office. Currently serving as an Advisory Board Member for the Diversity Cyber Council and a Candidate Coach for Contest Every Race, Almquist focuses on building a strong pipeline for Democratic candidates and enhancing voter mobilization efforts. As the Founder and Principal of Almquist & Associates, Almquist leverages extensive experience in political organizing and communications, previously co-founding QM Collaborative to support women in politics and holding various leadership roles, including Communications Committee Co-Chair at the Massachusetts Democratic Party. Almquist holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from UMass Boston and has a background in business development and political campaign management.
