Dharana Korale Arachchi

Dharana Korale Arachchi is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in the banking and digital marketing sectors. Currently serving as Chief Manager - Marketing at National Development Bank PLC since January 2024, Dharana previously held the positions of Marketing Manager - Digital Media and Digital Banking Channels and Manager - Digital Marketing at Seylan Bank PLC from January 2019 to January 2024. In addition to banking experience, Dharana contributed as an Industry Mentor - Marketing at the University of Peradeniya, guiding aspiring marketers. Earlier roles include Executive - Web & Digital Media Marketing at Mobitel (Pvt) Ltd, Accounts Executive - Digital Products at SLT Rainbowpages, and Vice President Communications at AIESEC. Dharana holds a Master of Business Management in Marketing and a Bachelor of Business Management in Marketing from the University of Kelaniya, Sri Lanka.
