Michael Griffin has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Michael started their career as a Property Manager at Famicos Foundation in 1990 and later worked as an Asset Manager at Cleveland Housing Network from 1991 to 1998. In 1998, they joined KeyBank as a Senior Vice President in Community Development Banking, where they worked until 2014. During their time at KeyBank, they served in various roles and gained expertise in community development. In 2014, they joined National Development Council as the Director of Investor Relations and then transitioned to become the Executive Managing Director for Housing in 2017. Additionally, they held leadership positions in various organizations, including New Sunrise Properties, Inc, Csj Ministries, and CHN Housing Partners, where they served as the Chairperson. Throughout their career, Michael Griffin has demonstrated a strong commitment to housing development and community development banking.
Michael Griffin attended Cleveland State University from 1986 to 1990, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a focus on Management Labor Relations. Michael also earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish during the same time period.
