Paula Liu

Paula Liu is an experienced asset and property manager with a diverse background in managing various residential properties, primarily in the student housing sector. Currently serving as an Asset Manager at Grow America since June 2016, Paula has previously worked as a Portfolio Manager and Property Manager at Blanton Turner, overseeing operations for University of Washington student housing. Additional experience includes managing the mixed-use Thornton Place development, which features 387 apartments and over 50,000 square feet of retail space. Paula's earlier roles include Building Manager positions at Nordheim Court and Wesley Apartments, and a Leasing Coordinator position at Radford Court Apartments.
