Dr. Stephanie Cawthon is a distinguished professional educator, researcher, and educational psychologist with over 25 years of experience advocating for disability rights and accessibility. Currently serving as the Executive Director of the National Disability Center for Student Success and a Professor at The University of Texas at Austin, Dr. Cawthon has dedicated efforts to research and education in the field of disabilities, teaching courses like the Culture of Disability in Education. As the author of "Disability Is Human: The Vital Power of Accessibility in Everyday Life," Dr. Cawthon aims to dispel myths surrounding disabled individuals.
