Alexis Jones

Alexis Jones, MSW, LSW, currently serves as Project Coordinator at the National Disability Institute, supporting the Small Business Team since October 2022. With extensive experience in social work and advocacy, Alexis has held roles including Director of Participant Engagement and Outreach at VisionLink, overseeing program staff and enhancing participant services, and Victim Advocate Coordinator at NOVA, supervising advocates and providing direct support to crime victims. Additional roles include Residential Services Coordinator at Wesley Housing Development Corporation, Manager at Nauck Community Services Center, and Child Advocate Social Worker at Defender Association of Philadelphia, managing complex caseloads and delivering essential social services. Alexis is also an artist with a passion for creating unique vinyl record cover collages and photography through the venture 4StoriesUp. Educational achievements include a Master of Social Work and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from Temple University.
