David Card

David Card is the Deputy Executive Director for External Relations at the National Disability Rights Network, with previous experience as a Communication Manager and Communications Specialist. Prior to this, David worked as a Senior Communications Specialist at the American Federation of State, County, and Municipal Employees and as a Communications and Publications Specialist at the National Disability Rights Network. David also held the title of Communications Director at Americans for Democratic Action. David holds a Master's degree from Binghamton University and a Bachelor's degree from SUNY Geneseo.
