Dana Rosales

Director, Fulfillment at National Disease Research Interchange

Dana joined NDRI in 2004 as a member of NDRI’s 24/7 Fulfillment Call Center. She has taken on several leadership roles within the department, including Shift Manager and Senior Manager. Dana was recently promoted to her current position as Director, Fulfillment in March 2022.

As Director, she is directly responsible for the management of the Fulfillment staff in their 24/7 in-bound coordination center. This includes ensuring that donations for research are maximized by working with Tissue Source Sites (TSS), donor families, and researchers. She oversees the scheduling and the training of Fulfillment staff to ensure that standard procedures are followed for the verification of donor consent/authorization, donor screening, biospecimen shipping, and database data entry. She has over 18 years of experience at NDRI and has comprehensive expertise in all aspects of facilitating human tissues for research.

Dana earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology from St. Joseph’s University and is the mom of 2 beautiful humans.
