Bruce Horka joins the NDC team as Chief Transformation Officer with over 30 years of highly relatable experience as a successful leader who brings extensive industry knowledge. He has led organizations ranging from small, regional players to small publicly owned organizations, to large scale public companies - - leading up to his last 10 years which were spent at McKesson Medical Surgical, leading teams in areas such as business operations, integration services and business development. Bruce is well-versed in leading top talent and diverse teams, and has been notably successful in building high-performing cultures through collaboration.
