Suzanne Swan

Suzanne Swan has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Suzanne is currently the Director of Dental and Physical Therapy Sales at NDC, Inc. starting from January 2018. Prior to this, they worked with SDI (North America), Inc. for 15 years, first as a Territory Sales Manager from December 2003 to January 2010, and then as an Eastern Regional Sales Manager from February 2010 to October 2017. In their roles at SDI, Suzanne managed a five-state territory, trained over 200 distributor and customer service sales representatives, developed marketing strategies, built relationships with dental universities, and led educational trainings. Before joining SDI, Suzanne worked as a Sales Representative/Personal Trainer at LIFETIME FITNESS from October 2002 to November 2003, where they focused on client relations, developing customized training programs, and conducting commission-based selling. Suzanne also gained experience as a Strength and Conditioning Coach Intern at Arizona State University from May 2002 to August 2002, where they worked with collegiate athletes and implemented strength and conditioning workouts.

Suzanne Swan earned a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from The Ohio State University between 1998 and 2002. In addition, they have obtained several certifications in various areas such as Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt, leadership training, sales management, and presentation skills.
