Learning Operations Manager at National Domestic Violence Hotline

Wlehdae Moore, MSOD, is an experienced professional in training and operations management, currently serving as the Learning Operations Manager at the National Domestic Violence Hotline since July 2017. In this key role, Wlehdae oversees high-quality training programs, facilitates the scheduling and evaluation process, and leads Learning & Development Specialists to empower Hotline Advocates with survivor-centered practices. Prior to this position, Wlehdae held various roles within the organization, including Training Coordinator II, Training Coordinator, and Digital Services Advocate, focusing on training initiatives and direct support for survivors. Wlehdae’s prior experience includes scheduling and operations coordination at The Springs Church and serving as a Primary Prevention Intern at Hays-Caldwell Women's Center. Wlehdae holds a Master of Science in Organizational Development from Abilene Christian University and a Bachelor of Science in Applied Sociology with a minor in Business Administration from Texas State University.
