Rachel Birnam

Rachel Birnam currently serves as the Cultural & Entertainment Partnerships Director at the National Domestic Workers Alliance, where Rachel has held various roles since September 2020, including Cultural & Entertainment Partnerships Manager and Culture Change Manager. Prior experience includes serving as the Manager of Outreach & Impact at ProSocial from November 2017 to August 2020 and as a Social Media Manager at Talk to Jess, LLC for a brief stint in 2017. Earlier positions also include roles at Civic Nation as a Digital Communications Assistant for the United State of Women, a Policy and Grassroots Outreach Fellow at the National Organization for Women, an Advocacy and Fundraising Organizer at NARAL Pro-Choice America, and a Legal Administrative Intern at Casa Cornelia Law Center. Rachel Birnam earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Literature/Cultural Studies from UC San Diego in 2016.
