Jesse Baer has diverse work experience spanning different industries. In 2004, they began their career as a Laborer at Ohio Power Tool and later worked as a Maintenance Technician at Laserflex Inc. Laser Cutting Ohio. In 2007, Jesse joined Chase as a Business Operations Analyst and subsequently held roles as Jr. Project Manager, Project Manager 1, and Business Resiliency Analyst.

From 2015 to 2020, Jesse worked at Baer Farms / Beach Ridge Trucking / EB Land Improvement LLC as an Operator, involved in various farm operations. Additionally, during this time, they worked as a Truck Driver at Mercer Landmark, Inc. In 2016, Jesse joined the Middle Point Volunteer Fire Department as a Firefighter/EMT and served as a Reserve Firefighter/EMT at the Van Wert Fire Department from 2016 to 2017.
