Steve Sweeney

Steve Sweeney is the current President at NEMR and has over 20 years of experience in human resources and marketing. Steve previously worked as the Executive Vice President at National Employee Management Resources, LLC from August 2001 to June 2016. In this role, Steve was responsible for providing a unique “concierge” HR solution for small to mid-sized employers. Steve was also responsible for the payroll, employee benefits and human resources services for employers in any geographic location. Prior to that, they worked as the marketing director at Eastern Research from January 1999 to December 2001. Steve Sweeney has a proven track record of success in their field and is an excellent leader.

Steve Sweeney attended Bishop Eustace Preparatory School and then Drexel University's LeBow College of Business, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration - Marketing. Steve also holds a certification from the State of New Jersey as a Producer in Life, Accident, Health or Sickness.

Steve Sweeney reports to Janis Sweeney, Founder and CEO. Steve Sweeney works with Emidio Mariani - Director of Sales, Ronald Jaconelli - Vice President of Finance, and Jennifer Sweeney-Klaiss - VP of Operations & HR.
