Paul Jackson

Paul Jackson has extensive work experience in the field of compliance, risk management, and internal audit. Paul is currently serving as the Senior Director of Compliance at the National Endowment for Democracy. Prior to this, they worked as a Career Advisor at Worksource Montgomery/Opportunities Inc./Catholic Charities from 2019 to 2021. Paul also held the position of Maze Navigator and Founding Member at MazeWays LLC from 2019 to 2021. Before these roles, Paul held senior positions at comScore, Inc., CEB, ICF International, CapitalSource, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and the National Endowment for Democracy, where they gained significant experience in enterprise risk management, internal audit, and compliance.

Paul Jackson obtained their undergraduate degree in Accounting from the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business, where they studied from 1984 to 1989. Paul then pursued their MBA in Risk Management from Virginia Tech - Pamplin College of Business, completing it from 1998 to 2000.
