Sarah Hutson

Sarah Hutson is a seasoned communications professional currently serving as the Senior Communications Officer at the National Endowment for Democracy since July 2021, where responsibilities include managing content for the organization's website, social media, and print publications. Previous experience includes a role as Public Affairs Officer at NED, where Sarah wrote stories about global partners and NED programs. Prior to NED, Sarah held the position of Manager at IBEX Partners, LLC, conducting research and drafting content, and worked as a consultant specializing in public affairs and grant applications. Additional experience includes research assistant roles and internships at various organizations, including The Fund for Peace and the US Mission to the United Nations. Educational credentials include a Master of Arts in Conflict Management from Johns Hopkins SAIS and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, Chinese, and Security Studies from Dickinson College.
