Dr. Paul Rogers MEI has extensive experience in the energy sector, currently serving as the Innovation and Technical Evaluation Coordinator at National Energy Action since November 2016, focusing on heat pumps, energy storage, and technology training. As a Director at 361 Energy since December 2011, Dr. Rogers leads a community energy organization that addresses fuel poverty, promotes energy efficiency, and develops community renewable energy projects, recognized with the 'Best Business in the Community' award in 2016.
