Rachel Cobb

Rachel Cobb is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project development and management across various sectors. Currently serving as the Project Development Coordinator at National Energy Action (NEA) since August 2025, Rachel previously held multiple roles at UNIDO from February 2020 to August 2025, including Senior Expert for Value Chains and Quality Management Systems and National Expert in Business. Prior to this, Rachel was Vice President and Director of Specialist Projects at Sierra Agra from August 2017 to June 2020, as well as Director of Corporate Communications. Additional experience includes the position of Country Director at Home Leone from August 2014 to June 2017 and Manager at American Apparel from October 2010 to August 2014. Rachel Cobb holds a degree from Leeds Beckett University, earned between 2008 and 2011.
