Eric D. Sullivan

Eric D. Sullivan, Esq. is a legal professional with extensive experience in various legal roles. Currently serving as an Attorney-Advisor at the National Energy Technology Laboratory since August 2022, Eric previously worked as a Contract Specialist for the US Army Corps of Engineers and as a Contracting Officer at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Eric’s expertise encompasses municipal law, employment law, and litigation, with a strong background in legal research, depositions, and drafting motions and briefs for state and federal courts. Additional experience includes roles as a Project Attorney at Eckert Seamans, Assistant County Solicitor for the Allegheny County Law Department, and various positions as a law clerk and legal intern, where Eric developed skills in civil litigation, subrogation law, and client representation. Eric holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Political Science from Temple University.
