Chee Tiong Goh is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in process engineering and energy management. Currently serving as Chief Engineer and Deputy Director at the National Environment Agency since December 2017, Goh leads efforts in administering mandatory energy management and greenhouse gas emission reporting to support carbon tax implementation. Previous roles include Operations Manager at ENEOS ItalSing Pte Ltd, Project Manager at Stahl Asia Pacific, and Technical Manager at Tate & Lyle. Goh holds a Master of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from the National University of Singapore.
