Melissa currently holds the position of NEHA, Sr. Food Safety Program Specialist at the National Environmental Health Association. Prior to this role, Melissa served as the Vice President of Consulting at Paster Training, Inc. / Cenza, Inc. where Melissa provided consulting services and training for the food and alcohol industry. Melissa also ran their own consulting business as Melissa Vaccaro Consulting. With a background in Biology and Environmental Education, Melissa has a strong educational foundation to support their work in food safety.
