Malcolm C. Wells possesses extensive experience in asset management, audit and compliance, and housing development. Currently, Malcolm serves in the Asset Management department at National Equity Fund since April 2010. Previous roles include Audit and Compliance at the Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of Los Angeles, and Commercial Loan Closer/Underwriter at Kinecta Federal Credit Union. Malcolm held the position of President/CEO for the UCLA Black Alumni Association from 2006 to 2008 and worked as a Housing Development Specialist at the Los Angeles County Development Authority. Additional experience includes roles as Project Manager at both Concerned Citizens of South Central Los Angeles and Venice Community Housing Corporation. Malcolm holds a Master of Arts in Urban Planning and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with a specialization in Business Administration, both from UCLA, as well as education from USC Marshall School of Business.
