Tami Christian

Tami Christian has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Tami started their career in 1988 as an HR Manager at ACNielsen and worked there for 16 years. In 2004, they joined Nielsen as a Sr. HRBP, where they provided strategic HR direction and support to various teams and locations globally. Tami worked at Nielsen for 11 years before joining National Exchange Bank & Trust in 2015 as Vice President of Human Resources. After three years, they were promoted to the role of Senior Vice President Human Resources and then became the Chief People Officer in April 2023. Tami has demonstrated their expertise in dealing with diverse teams and locations throughout their career.

Tami Christian's education history includes an MSOLQ degree in Organizational Leadership & Quality from Marian University of Fond du Lac. Tami also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in General Management from the same university.
