Tammy Pitts has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Tammy started their career in 1994 as a Human Resources Assistant at Brenner Tank, LLC, where they handled workers' compensation, benefits, policy/program administration, and general HR office duties. Tammy then joined Agnesian HealthCare in 1998 as a Sr. Human Resources Consultant and later became the Director of Human Resources in 2008. Tammy worked at Agnesian HealthCare until 2018 when they joined National Exchange Bank & Trust as the VP Human Resources. In addition to their corporate roles, Tammy also had a teaching experience at Moraine Park Technical College as an Adjunct Faculty in Business from 2012 to 2013.
Tammy Pitts completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh, from 1993 to 1997. Tammy then pursued further education and obtained a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from the same university. This educational journey spanned from 2006 to 2011.
