Norma Hernandez

Norma Hernandez's work experience begins in 2013 when they started working for Kern Regional Transit as an Office Services Tech. Norma remained in this role until April 2019. In April 2019, they joined National Express Transit Corporation as an Operations Manager, where they are currently employed.

Norma Hernandez attended Bakersfield College from 2014 to 2019, where they pursued a field of study in Business Administration and Management, General. Norma did not obtain a degree during this time. In addition to their college education, Norma has obtained various certifications. In May 2012, they received a Certificate of Bilingual Proficiency (Spanish/English) Tier I & II from Bakersfield College. In February 2008, they obtained a certification in Microcomputer Applications, also from Bakersfield College. Norma further enhanced their skills and knowledge by earning a Transit Paratransit Management Certificate from the University of the Pacific - Eberhardt School of Business in December 2016. Norma also holds a Typing Certificate - NET 57 WPM from KCDHS Jobs First, acquired in March 2017. Most recently, in October 2021, Norma completed the Leadership Foundations certification from LinkedIn.
