Monique Parmar has extensive work experience in the field of data analysis, customer insights, and strategy. Monique is currently serving as the Head of Customer Data, Insight & Research at National Express LTD since August 2023. Prior to this, they held various leadership roles at National Express, including Head of CRM and Insight from March 2020 to August 2023, and Head of Data and Insight from March 2018 to March 2020.
Before joining National Express, Monique worked as a Customer Insights Manager at BNP Paribas Personal Finance from February 2017 to March 2018. Monique also had a long and successful tenure at LaSer UK, now known as BNP Paribas Personal Finance UK, where they served as Insight and Strategy Manager from January 2015 to January 2018, and as Insight & Modelling Manager from August 2010 to January 2015.
Monique's career began at Jaywing, where they worked as a Marketing Analyst/Consultant from August 2007 to July 2010. Prior to that, they gained experience at Telefónica UK as a Segmentation Manager from July 2006 to July 2007, Insights Manager - Prepay from April 2003 to July 2006, and as a Marketing Analyst from April 2002 to April 2003. Monique also worked as a European Brand Analyst at Young & Rubicam from December 2000 to April 2002, and as a Marketing Analyst at Equifax from October 1998 to December 2000.
Monique Parmar studied Mathematics and Management at King's College London from 1995 to 1998.
